At Suzy Shier, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items with original tags within 30 days of the order date. Please note that all clearance items marked at 70% off or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
